Expectations:

• Stay active and assist with queries related to mods and modpacks.
• Uphold the community’s rules and model respectful and constructive behavior.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support our members and partners.

Duties:

• Provide prompt support for mod/modpack-related questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with community rules by addressing rule violations appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with the community and team to maintain a cohesive environment.

Haven is also partnered with esteemed server hosts, offering exclusive benefits and opportunities to our members. However, Haven staff do not moderate external servers, each maintains its own rules and moderation teams.
